**4. Real Estate Listings**

• 4.1 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any real estate listings or other content available on our Platform. You should conduct your own due diligence before making any real estate transactions and/or decisions in the process.

**5. Privacy**

• 5.1 Your use of our Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

**6. Intellectual Property**

• 6.1 The content on our Platform, including without limitation, the text, graphics, photos, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • (a) Your use or inability to use the Platform and/or your shared information related to your requirement(s);
  • (b) Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • (c) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Platform;
  • (d) Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our Platform by any third party.

**8. Governing Law**

• 8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India; without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• 8.2 Any kind of dispute arising will be resolved by arbitration/consultation between concerned parties only.

**9. Payments**

• 9.1 You agree to pay brokerage on time to the RG Professional Real Estate Consultant after or before service availability as agreed between concerned parties.
• 9.2 In case of sale/buy services of the property, there is 2% of the transaction/final deal amount if not mentioned.
• 9.3 In case of rent services of the property, there is 1.5 months of the transaction/final deal rent amount if not mentioned.
