8.2 Any kind of dispute arising will be resolved by arbitration/consultation between concerned parties only.
**9. Payments**
9.1 You agree to pay brokerage on time to the RG Professional Real Estate Consultant after or before service availability as agreed between concerned parties.
9.2 In case of sale/buy services of the property, there is 2% of the transaction/final deal amount if not mentioned.
9.3 In case of rent services of the property, there is 1.5 months of the transaction/final deal rent amount if not mentioned.
