1. Introduction

2.1 You may be required to register for an account or fill an inquiry form or share your requirement details. You must provide accurate and complete information.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account/requirement details and all activities under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 You may use our Platform only for lawful purposes and agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.

4. Real Estate Listings

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of listings or content. Conduct your own due diligence before any transaction. We will not be responsible for damages.

5. Privacy

Use of our Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may use user data for marketing unless opted out.

6. Intellectual Property

Content on our Platform is owned or licensed and protected by copyright laws. You may not use content without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to our servers or your data;
• Interruptions or transmission issues;
• Any viruses or harmful code transmitted by third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration/consultation only.

9. Payments

Brokerage must be paid as agreed. For purchase services: 2% for transactions below ₹1 Crore; 1% above ₹1 Crore. For rentals: 1 month rent as brokerage (unless otherwise mentioned).

Disputes will be handled via mediation first. The agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice, with financial obligations settled as per terms.
